Recipe Ingredients for Bonnie's Curry Lentils

1 tbsp Olive Oil
2 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions
540 grams Unico Lentils
1 dash Salt, Table
1 tsp Garlic Powder
0.5 tsp Pepper, Black
1 tsp Curry Powder
0.25 cup(245 g) Milk, Nonfat, Fluid

Recipe Directions for Bonnie's Curry Lentils

  1. Heat oil in deep pan.

  2. Fry diced onions until slightly brown (but still crunchy).

  3. Add the rest of the ingredients and mix for 5 min or so.
