Great on waffles (great with Cool Whip), French Toast, pancakes, etc. Makes 1 2/3 cups (26 2/3 T). Estimated 2 T per serving.

Recipe Ingredients for Bonnie's Cinnamon Syrup

1 c sugar
1/2 c corn syrup, light
1/4 c water
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 c evaporated milk or light cream

Recipe Directions for Bonnie's Cinnamon Syrup

In small saucepan combine sugar, corn syrup, water and cinnamon. Bring to a boil stirring constantly. Cook and stir 2 minutes more. Remove from heat and cool for 5 minutes. Stir in milk or cream. Serve warm.
