boneless chicken breasts, baked in batter and dipped in sauce

Recipe Ingredients for Boneless chili wings

4 ounce chicken breast
2 tbsp liquid egg substitute
1 tbsp white flour
1 tbsp flax seed
1 tbsp bbq sauce
1 tsp rice vinegar
1 tbsp chili sauce

Recipe Directions for Boneless chili wings

  1. Preheat oven to 375

  2. line baking sheet with foil

  3. Cut chicken into eight pieces

  4. Put in bowl with egg substitute, set aside

  5. In a separate bowl combine flour, flax seed and pepper.

  6. Transfer nuggets to bowl and coat. Transfer to baking sheet

  7. bake for about 16 minutes turning half way through.

  8. Combine bbq sauce, vinegar and chilis. Add chicken and toss to coat.
