Recipe Ingredients for Bolognese Sauce

1/2 lb Beef, Ground, 85% Lean Meat / 15% Fat, Crumbles
14 oz whole tomatoes
8 oz tomato sauce
1 medium onion, diced
1 clove garlic
1 oregano to taste
1 salt to taste
1 pepper to taste

Recipe Directions for Bolognese Sauce

  1. Brown beef

  2. Drain

  3. add chopped onions, cook until tender

  4. add garlic, sautee 2-3 minutes

  5. add tomatoes and tomato sauce

  6. simmer for 25-30 minutes
