Recipe Ingredients for bolognese sauce

60 grams onion, finely chopped
1 small mushroom
1 clove garlic, crushed
3 sprays extra virgin olive oil
125 grams minced steak
125 grams passata
1 tblsp tomato puree
1 stock cube
1 tsp oregano
1 tsp parsley
1 ground pepper
2 grams parmesan cheese

Recipe Directions for bolognese sauce

  1. Heat oil in a pan

  2. Saute onion, mushroom & garlic until tender & onion is golden brown

  3. Add minced steak, cook until meat changes colour & stir frequently

  4. Add passata, tomato puree, stock cube, orgeno, parsley & ground pepper

  5. Mix together thoroughly, cover & simmer for 30 minutes

  6. Serve with cooked spaghetti & salad

  7. Sprinkle parmesan cheese on top
