Recipe Ingredients for Bolognese Sauce 135 cal/serving

1 teaspoon olive oil
1 teaspoon olive oil
288 grams onion (1 large)
12 grams garlic (4 cloves)
3 gram oregano (1 t.)
7 gram dried basil (1 t.)
1/4 gram cayenne pepper (1/8 t.)
8 grams Bouillon, Dehydrated, Dry (2 cube)
732 grams (1 1/2 cups) tomotoes, crushed
180 grams (1 1/3 cup) Quorn Crumbles from Whole Foods

Recipe Directions for Bolognese Sauce 135 cal/serving

  1. Saute garlic and onion in oil. Add tomatoes, bouillon dissolved in 1 C water, spices and simmer. Add beef substitute crumbles and simmer again.

  2. Serve over Shiratake noods.
