Yummy bolognese, with 2/3 of veggies. Perfect with pasta or for lasagna.

Recipe Ingredients for Bolognese

2 medium Onions
3 carrot Carrots
2 clove Garlic
1.2 tbsp Vegetable Oil, Avocado
490 grams Beef, Ground, 95% Lean Meat / 5% Fat, Crumbles
200 grams Mushrooms
300 grams Squash, Summer, Zucchini, Includes Skin
1 cup Tomatoes, Red, Ripe
6 cherry Tomatoes, Red, Ripe
1 glass (3.5 fl oz) Wine, Table, Red
40 grams Ajvar
3 tbsp Oregano, Ground
2 tsp Paprika
3 tsp Salt, Table

Recipe Directions for Bolognese

  1. Peels carrots and squash.

  2. Chop all veggies.

  3. Heat oil, add onions and garlic.

  4. Add carrots.

  5. Add ground beef.

  6. Add rest of veggies.

  7. Add tomatoes, wine, spices.

  8. Cook for about 40 min, adding water when necessary.
