Bolognese Recipe

Yumminess, served with any kind of pasta.

Recipe Ingredients for Bolognese

450 grams Beef Mince
1 cup Red Pepper or any colour you wish, diced
150 grams Mushrooms, sliced
1 large Onion, diced
400 grams Chopped Tomatoes
3 cloves Garlic
1 tbs Tomato Puree
1 stock cube
1 tsp Mixed Herbs

Recipe Directions for Bolognese

  1. Add chopped onion to a large saucepan over a medium heat, once softened slightly add the mince.

  2. When the mince is browned drain off any excess fat.

  3. Now add the Garlic & Herbs, stir through and then add the Chopped Tomatoes.

  4. Now add the remaining ingredients, stir and leave to simmer, stirring occasionally, for 15-20 minutes or until the sauce is at your prefered consistency - I like mine quite thick.
