NB: not including Bolognese meat sauce From Hazan

Recipe Ingredients for Bolognese green lasagne

1 1/2 cups flour
5 oz frozen spinach
2 eggs
1 tbsp olive oil
2 cups whole milk
1 cup skim milk
6 tbsp butter
4 1/2 tbsp flour
1/4 tsp salt
4 tbsp parmesan cheese

Recipe Directions for Bolognese green lasagne

  1. Pulse spinach, 1.5 cups flour, eggs, and olive oil in food processor until comes together.

  2. Put through pasta machine until at thinnest slot.

  3. Cook pasta and plunge into cold water. Dry off.

  4. Make besciamella sauce (heat milk and add to whisked butter and flour).

  5. Mix besciamella with meat sauce.

  6. Butter bottom of baking pan. Grate on some parmesan.

  7. Then layer with pasta, sauce, parmesan, ending with parmesan + meat sauce.

  8. Bake at 425 X 15 min.
