Our homemade spaghetti bolognaise

Recipe Ingredients for Bolognaise Sause

500 g lean ground beef
1 onion
1 green pepper
2 cloves garlic
5 ml basil
150 g tomato paste
275 g chopped tomatoes
125 ml white wine
125 ml beef stock
10 ml sugar

Recipe Directions for Bolognaise Sause

  1. Chop onions and g/peppers.

  2. Heat oil, and fry onions, garlic and peppers until translucent

  3. Add meat.

  4. Add all other ingredients and bring to the boil.

  5. Reduce heat and simmer for 30 min.
