Made from leftovers, cooked in a crock pot on low for 12 hours, very tasty! Also good with added beans or barley for texture.

Recipe Ingredients for Bologna Crock Pot Soup

16 oz turkey kielbasa, sliced
5 small red potatoes, chopped
135 grams Au gratin potatoes
2 stalks of celery, chopped
1 1/2 cups cauliflower, diced
240 grams green beans
1/2 cup sweet potato, cooked, mashed
4 chicken bouillon cubes
10 cups water

Recipe Directions for Bologna Crock Pot Soup

  1. put the water, bouillon cubes, and au gratin mix in the crock pot and turn on high, stir occasionally until the cubes start to dissolve.

  2. Slice the celery, beans, and potatoes. Blend the Cauliflower and sweet potato. Add all to water along with Au Gratin potatoes.

  3. in separate pan, grill or cook turkey kielbasa, then slice grilled sausage into small slices and add to mix.

  4. Turn crock pot down to low, cook for 10-12 hours.
