Delicious bolognese sauce to cheer up any boring pasta or rainy night.

Recipe Ingredients for Bolgnese Sause (Fabulous)

300 g minced beef
70 g bacon
400 g canned tomatos
3 tomatoes
190 g onion (1.5 medium)
140 g carrot (1 medium to large)
260 g zucchini (1 medium to small)
116 g red pepper (1 medium to small)
32 g olive oil
4 cloves of garlic
7 g salt
1 pinch of basil
1 pinch of oregano
2 dried peppers

Recipe Directions for Bolgnese Sause (Fabulous)

  1. cut carrots and onion very fine and add to oil in a deep pan

  2. simmer for about 10-15 minutes until starting to gt brown

  3. cut red pepper and garlic very fine and add to pan

  4. simmer for another 10 minutes

  5. add bacon pieces to the pan, stirring regularly

  6. cut the minced beef and add it to the pan in pieces

  7. constantly stirr and mash the bef, make sure it gets brown at the bottom on the pan

  8. after having added all the meat and it being brown add the canned tomatoes and the fresh tomatoes

  9. add aboy a canful of water

  10. chop and add the zucchini

  11. put on low fire, cover and let simmer for 1 to 2 hours

  12. let simmer without cover for another 20 minutes
