Bok Choy veggie stirfry w/Pollock

Recipe Ingredients for Bok Choy Stirfry

2 cups bok choy
2 fillets, pollock
1/4 cup onion
1/4 green bell pepper
2 tblsp olive oil
1 tsp salt

Recipe Directions for Bok Choy Stirfry

  1. Season fish and set aside.

  2. Chop bok choy.

  3. Chop onions.

  4. Chop bell pepper.

  5. Heat olive oil in pan & add onions. Sautee until brown.

  6. Add fish to pan, cook 2mins on first side then flip.

  7. Add 1 cup water, to pan.

  8. Add the rest of your ingredients to pan.

  9. Simmer until bok choy is soft.
