delicious. that is all. 5 reasonable servings for a side, ~40 when eaten as a snack -- a few baby bok choy leaves and some topping.

Recipe Ingredients for Bok Choy Salad -- Lisa

1 head Chinese cabbage (bok choy)
1/2 cup Onions, Spring Or Scallions
1 cup sesame seeds
4 oz. sliced almonds
1/4 cup vinegar (Tarragon or other)
1/2 cup sugar
3/4 cup oil
2 tbs. soy sauce

Recipe Directions for Bok Choy Salad -- Lisa

  1. wash 1 med. head Chinese cabbage (bok choy)

  2. chop 2 bunches green onions

  3. Brown in margarine until just lightly golden: 1 or 2 pkgs. Ramen noodles, crumbled, 1 cup sesame seeds, 4 oz. sliced almonds DO NOT BURN

  4. Boil one minute: cup vinegar (Tarragon or other), cup sugar, cup oil, 2 Tbs. soy sauce

  5. Prepare each group ahead. Mix together just before serving. Great summer lunch!
