Recipe Ingredients for Bok Choy Salad 2

1/2 c. olive oil
1/4 c. white vinegar
1/4 c. sugar
3 tablespoons soy sauce
3 c bok choy
12 green onions, sliced
1/2 c. toasted slivered almonds
8 oz. chow mein noodles

Recipe Directions for Bok Choy Salad 2

  1. Assemble 1st 4 ingredients - in a jar.

  2. Clean bok choy and cut into bite size pieces. Assmble the rest and pour over about 1/2 to 2/3 volume of dressing until well coated. Reserve the rest of the dressing.
