Recipe Ingredients for Bok choy and potato satay sauce veg

3 cups raw Bok Choy
3 serving less sodium kikkoman soya sauce
1 Potato medium (2-1/4" to 3-1/4" dia) Potato, Flesh And Skin
2 tbsp Canola Oil
1 tsp Red Chili Pepper
1 medium Tomatoes
1 serving Green chilli
1 tsp Garlic Paste
1/4 tsp Spices Ground Black Pepper
2 tbsp Peanut Satay Sauce

Recipe Directions for Bok choy and potato satay sauce veg

  1. Chop bok choy, peeled potato, tomato, green chillies

  2. heat oil in a pan and fry the potatoes

  3. Add the garlic paste and fry

  4. Add the satay sauce and cook

  5. Add the soya sauce and red chilli flakes

  6. Add the bok choy, tomatoes and green chillies and cook till well done

  7. Finish with black pepper powder and stir.

  8. Serve hot.
