Recipe Ingredients for Bok Choy with Minced Garlic

5 cups bok choy
2 tbsp minced garlic
1 tsp minced ginger
1 tbsp light olive oil
1/2 tsp salt

Recipe Directions for Bok Choy with Minced Garlic

  1. Soak and rinse bok choy. If leaves are too big, cut into 3" chunks.

  2. Steam for 1-2 minutes (optional)

  3. Saute garlic and ginger with salt until fragrant.

  4. Add cabbage and stir fry for 1-2 minutes.

  5. Stir in 1 tsp sesame oil if you like.
