Veggie burgers with beans, rice and eggs

Recipe Ingredients for Bok Choy Burgers

2 cups bok choy
2 cups white rice
2 cups black beans
2 eggs
1 cup bread crumbs
1/2 onion
1 tbsp garlic
1/5 tsp hot sauce
1/2 cup water
1 tbsp canola oil
1 tbsp flax
1/2 cup parmesan
1 potato

Recipe Directions for Bok Choy Burgers

  1. Boil and soak beans as instructed on bag

  2. Boil rice

  3. Chop all other ingredients and mix in bowl

  4. Add spice (ginger, mustard)

  5. Add egg and bread crumbs, mix

  6. Add cooled rice and beans

  7. Make cakes and put in oiled oven pan

  8. Bake on 400 F for about 15 minutes

  9. Freeze (or bake for another 10 minutes to serve)
