272 grams Onions
39 grams Garlic
301 grams Peppers, Sweet, Green

Recipe Directions for Boiled Red Beans

  1. Rinse Red Beans

  2. Boil Red Beans for a long time, keep refilling pot with water.

  3. Chop Onions Fine

  4. Crush Garlic

  5. When the beans start to thicken add the Onions and Garlic and just let it keep on boiling down until it is thick

  6. Add cumin and salt, pepper, etc. to taste.
