boiled or steamed mix vegetables is one of the recepie that i cook everyday as it is one of my meals..amazing source of dietry fibre and protien..a must have thing for weight watchers and people on a low carb diet...

Recipe Ingredients for boiled mix vegetable

1/2 cup slices Carrots
100 grams Broccoli
50 grams Peas, Green
200 grams Cabbage, Cooked
1 Medium Tomatoes
80 grams Onions

Recipe Directions for boiled mix vegetable

take a pressure cooker,add one onion and tomato finely chopped along with a tablespoon of ginger and garlic paste.add all the vegetables into the cooker and add salt to taste along with black pepper and red chilli powder if wanted.close the lid of the cooker and allow it to steam,after 3 whistles opn the lid and stir the vegetables.allow them to cook till water evaporates...serve it hot and enjoy!!!
