Makes 12 servings



Just some black beans. Best if slow cooked for about 24 hours. Sometimes I include 40 grams Raw Oatmeal[8120]

Recipe Ingredients for Boiled Black Beans

900 grams Beans Black
140 grams Onions
40 grams Garlic

Recipe Directions for Boiled Black Beans

  1. Chop vegetables (Garlic & Onions)

  2. Wash the dried black beans

  3. Slow cook beans and Vegetables (add water and keep adding as beans absorb water)

  4. Add some fresh cilantro

  5. Add Cumin

  6. Add Red Chili Powder

  7. A few Bay Leaves and 2 or 3 Dried Chile Morita are great - remove when finished

  8. Mix and slow cook all together

  9. If you want, add:

  10. 30 grams Wheat Bran[89256]

  11. 507 grams Peppers, Sweet, Green[11333]
