1 tbsp turmeric
390 g green beans

Recipe Directions for Boeuf à la mijoteuse

  1. Couper le boeuf en dé.

  2. Couper le pommes de terre en deux.

  3. Couper les carottes en deux.

  4. Couper les oignons en tranche.

  5. Faire revenir boeuf, oignons, tomates à la poèle.

  6. Verser le tout dans la mijoteuse et cuire 8 heures à température moyenne.
