4 slices whole wheat bread
4 oz chicken breast
1/2 tsp flax oil
1/3 cup Diced celery

Recipe Directions for Bodybuilder Chicken Salad Sandwiches

Chop chicken and celery and mix in flax oil (olive oil would work too.) Then put chicken salad on bread. Makes two sandwiches.
