Recipe Ingredients for Body for Life Chili

26 oz Turkey
14 oz Kidney Beans Dark Red
14 oz Kidney Beans ' Light Red
28 oz Diced Tomatoes with Roasted Garlic
231.91 oz Original Diced Tomatoes
1 cup chopped Green Bell Pepper
3/4 medium White Onion
2 pepper Peppers, Jalapeno
5 clove Garlic
4 serving beef broth swanson 50% less sodium 100% fat free
1 serving Cayenne Pepper
5 oz Chili Powder
1/4 tsp Cumin
4 tsp Paprika
14 oz Chili Beans

Recipe Directions for Body for Life Chili

  1. put ground turkey in large pot to begin to brown.

  2. While turkey is browning chop all vegetables and add to ground turkey

  3. Once turkey is completely browned and vegetables have begun to soften add all spices at once.

  4. Stir/let cook for approx 2 min

  5. add tomatoes without draining

  6. rinse and drain kidney beans

  7. add kidney beans and chili beans to pot

  8. Add one can beef broth

  9. Allow to simmer 45 minutes

  10. Add beef broth as needed to keep chili moist.
