Recipe Ingredients for Bob's Red Mill Double Wheat Cookies

1 cups Whole Wheat Flour
1 cup Butter
1/2 cup Brown Sugar, packed
1/4 cup Toasted Wheat Germ

Recipe Directions for Bob's Red Mill Double Wheat Cookies

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Set aside a large cookie sheet.

  2. In a large mixer bowl cream together the butter, brown sugar and the 1/4 cup wheat germ till light and fluffy. Stir in the flour.

  3. Form into 1" balls. Roll in additional wheat germ. Place on cookie sheet; flatten with tines of a fork.

  4. Bake for 10-12 minutes Remove from cookie sheet. Cool on wire rack.

  5. Yield: 36 cookies
