8 serving Leidy's Smoked Boneless Pork Shoulder Picnic
4 serving 13-Bean Soup Mix
1 cup, chopped Onions
15 oz Tomato Sauce
2 clove Garlic
1 tbsp Chili Powder

Recipe Directions for Bob's Red Mill 13 Bean Soup

  1. 1. Wash and rinse soup mix, soak overnight.

  2. 2. Drain and rinse soup mix, then add to 2.5 qt water and pork. Bring to boil, then reduce to simmer. Simmer for 3 - 3.5 hours.

  3. 3. Add remaining ingredients and simmer for another 30 minutes.
