Leeks & Carrots in White Sauce

Recipe Ingredients for Bob's Leek & Carrot Sauce

400 grams Milk, Nonfat, Fluid
20 grams Olive Oil Spread
200 grams Leeks, (Bulb And Lower Leaf-portion)
60 grams Carrots
1 tsp cornflour
1/2 tsp dry mustard

Recipe Directions for Bob's Leek & Carrot Sauce

  1. Poach the Leeks & Carrots in the milk - set aside

  2. Take a couple of tablespoons of the milk and mix with the cornflour & mustard

  3. Mix with the rest of the milk and the spread, slowly bring to the boil stirring all the time then add back the leeks and carrots
