Recipe Ingredients for Bob"s High Fiber Bran Muffins

1.5 cup Whole Wheat Flour
1 cup Wheat Bran
1/2 cup (not packed) Raisins, Seedless
1 tsp Baking Powder
1 tsp Baking Soda
0.75 cup Milk, Nonfat, Fluid, Protein Fortified
8 tbsp Pure US Grade A Clover Honey
2 tbsp Vegetable Oil, Canola
1 egg All Natural with Omega 3 Large Egg

Recipe Directions for Bob"s High Fiber Bran Muffins

  1. Stir together: bran, flour, soda and baking powder. Stir in raisins, set aside.

  2. Blend milk, honey, oil and egg. Add to dry ingredients and stir until just moistened.

  3. Spoon into greased muffin tins and bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes or until muffins pull away from sides of cups.
