Fruit and yogurt healthy drink - used for breakfast and lunch

Recipe Ingredients for Bob's fruit smoothie

1 apple, cored
1 banana
1 cup blueberries or blackberries, frozen unsweetened
8 ounces Fage Total 0% all natural Yogurt
1 cup soy milk
1 cup Orange Juice, 100%
1 cup grape juice, unsweetened
3 tablespoons wheat germ
1 teaspoon flax oil

Recipe Directions for Bob's fruit smoothie

  1. blend all until smooth

  2. serve cold for breakfast and/or lunch

  3. drink along with plenty of water

  4. alternate frozen berries to change flavor - strawberries, blueberries, blackberries, rasberries, etc.

  5. Use White Grape juice with strawberries

  6. Use Dark Grape juice with Blueberries or Blackberries

  7. NOTE-1: please check with your MD prior to substituting this for any meal.
