Recipe Ingredients for Bob's Caramel Long Mocchiato

2 ounces 2% milk
2 tablespoons coffee

Recipe Directions for Bob's Caramel Long Mocchiato

  1. Place two scoops of ground coffee in 3 cup espresso pot. Bring to boil until only steam comes from spout.

  2. Warm 2 ounces of milk in microwave on high for 45 seconds to a minute and add three shots of Starbuck's sugar free caramel syrup.

  3. Froth milk (in tall glass beaker using battery operated milk frother).

  4. Pour frothed milk into large cup.

  5. Pour espresso into centre of frothed milk.

  6. Stir very slightly.
