Recipe Ingredients for boboli pizza crust

1/2 cup water
1/2 tablespoon olive oil
1/2 teaspoon garlic, minced
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 tablespoon sugar
1 cup whole wheat flour
1/2 cup all purpose flour
1/4 teaspoon italian seasoning
1 teaspoon parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon active dry yeast

Recipe Directions for boboli pizza crust

  1. proof the yeast with the warm water, yeast and sugar

  2. Add all ingredients and knead for several minutes. put in oiled bowl, cover and let rise for at least an hour.

  3. form one large or three small crusts on pizza pans, cover and let rise again.

  4. Bake 5-10 minutes at 450 F until light brown.

  5. let cool, wrap tightly in foil and freeze or use immediately by placing toppings and placing in 450 F oven for 10-15 minutes.
