This pizza recipe is one I make for my family when they just have to have a pizza. Add whatever spices you like, red pepper flakes are good. Often add artichoke hearts too.

Recipe Ingredients for Boboli Healthy Pizza

1 12" Pizza Crust, Boboli, Thin
1/3 cup Bertolli Olive Oil and Garlic Sauce
130 grams frozen spinach
1 1/2 roma tomatoes
70 grams red pepper, chopped
100 grams mushrooms, baby bella
28 grams olives, black chopped
60 grams Hormel Turkey Pepperoni
56 grams Great Value Fancy Shredded Italian Blend Cheese

Recipe Directions for Boboli Healthy Pizza

  1. Spread the sauce on the crust.

  2. Rinse the spinach in hot water til thawed, wring out all water and spread over pizza sauce.

  3. Slice the roma tomatoes and spread over spinach

  4. Chop pepper, olives and mushrooms coarsely and spread over spinach and tomatoes

  5. Spread pepperoni over rest of the mixture and top with cheese

  6. Cook at 350 degrees for 20 - 30 minutes.
