This is an omellete I usually get from our cafeteria at work and found that is is cheaper to make it at home.

Recipe Ingredients for BMC Omellete

1/4 cup Original

Recipe Directions for BMC Omellete

heat pan over medium heat; melat butter; add egg substitue; in a separate pan over med heat add bacon and tomatoes; when tomatoes are soft and bacon is done add spinach; once eggs are almost done add cheese and then add other ingredients from the second pan to middle of unfolded omlette; then fold edges over filling; then flip omellete so the seam side is down and allow omellete to cook about another 3-5 minutes ; serve
