Broccoli, Brown Rice, Mushrooms, and Hoisin Sauce make this fiber and vitamin d packed meal. It's extremely filling (quantity and quality wise) for low calories.

Recipe Ingredients for B&M B-RICE Bowl

2 cup Brown Rice
325 grams Broccoli
164 grams Mushrooms
2 tbsp Hoisin Sauce

Recipe Directions for B&M B-RICE Bowl

Boil both the mushrooms and broccoli, cook the brown rice, all separately so it's easier to measure. Combine the mushrooms and broccoli with 1 tablespoon of hoisin sauce, Mix 1 tablespoon of hoisin sauce into the brown rice. Then combine both mixes. I find that the flavor is better the second day.
