20 g butter
160 g onions
2 cloves garlic
500 g frozen spinach

Recipe Directions for Blughar Wheat and spinach

  1. Fry onions and garlic until golden.

  2. Simmer couscous for 15 minutes until cooked.

  3. Add spinach and couscous to the onions and garlic and fry for 15 minutes more, mixing continuously.
