Recipe Ingredients for Blue's Stir-Fry

2 tbsp sesame seed oil
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 c sliced zucchini
1/2 c sliced mushrooms
1/2 c sliced onion
1 c sliced pepper
1 c broccoli florets
2 tsp ginger
2 tsp sesame seeds

Recipe Directions for Blue's Stir-Fry

  1. Put oil in pan and heat on med/hi.

  2. Pour in all vegetables.

  3. Sprinkle with ginger and sesame seeds then soy sauce.

  4. Toss gently several times while cooking until vegetables start to get soft but are still slightly crisp.

  5. Remove from heat and serve.
