Recipe Ingredients for Blue's Buster Smoothie

1 scoop whey protein (chocolate or vanilla)
1 tblsp coconut milk
1 tblsp Coconut oil
1 tblsp peanut butter (no ingredients but peanuts)
1 tblsp honey
1/4 c blueberries
1 banana
1 c ice

Recipe Directions for Blue's Buster Smoothie

Add all ingredients in a blender and liquify. If you don't want the cholesterol then use plant protein powder.
