Recipe Ingredients for Blueberry walnut muffins

1 1/4 cups All bran
1/2 cups skim milk
1 cup blueberries
1 banana
1 cup flour
1/4 cup sugar
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/4 cup walnuts, chopped
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 cup canola oil
1 egg

Recipe Directions for Blueberry walnut muffins

Soak all bran in milk. In a separate bowl, stir flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt. Mash banana. Add oil and egg to soaked all bran. Gradually add dry ingredients. Add banana and blueberries. Finally stir in walnuts. Bake at 350F in muffin cups.
