Amish Friendship Bread with Walnuts and Blueberries

Recipe Ingredients for Blueberry Walnut Bread

1 cup unsweetened applesauce
1/2 cup skim milk
3 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
2 cups flour
1/2 cup sugar
1 tsp baking powder
2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp baking soda
3 2/5 oz instant vanilla pudding
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup walnuts
1 cup blueberries

Recipe Directions for Blueberry Walnut Bread

  1. Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients. Mix and pour into two large or 6 mini well greased and sugared bread pans. Bake at 325 for 1 hour in large pans or 40 minutes for mini loaf pans

  2. If you make 6 mini loafs there are about 36 servings.

  3. If you make 2 large loafs there are about 16 servings.
