Blueberry belgian waffles (homemade)

Recipe Ingredients for Blueberry waffles

1/2 cup all purpose flour
1/2 cup whole wheat flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 tbsp wheat germ
1 tbsp oil
1 tbsp sugar
2 eggs
1 cup milk
1/2 cup blueberries

Recipe Directions for Blueberry waffles

Sift flour and baking powder, add salt and wheat germ. Separate eggs, add oil to egg yolks. Beat egg whites until fluffy, add sugar. Add milk, egg yolk mixture to dry ingredients, mix just until blended. Fold in egg whites and blueberries. Cook on waffle iron.
