Recipe Ingredients for blueberry waffles

1 Egg, Whole
2 T Sugars, Granulated
1 c Wheat Flour, White, All-purpose, Enriched, Bleached
3 T Butter
1 c Blueberries
1 t Salt, Table
2 c Milk, Nonfat, Fluid

Recipe Directions for blueberry waffles

  1. Mix and sift the flour, baking powder salt and sugar. Combine milk and well-beaten egg yolk and add to dry ingredients.

  2. Add melted butter and mix well.

  3. Fold in the blueberries and well-beaten egg white.

  4. Bake on a hot waffle iron and seve.

  5. (Blueberry Topping is optional)
