Recipe Ingredients for Blueberry Waffles

3 egg yolks
1 2/3 cups milk
2 cups flour
2 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup butter
3 egg whites
1 cup blueberries

Recipe Directions for Blueberry Waffles

  1. Mix egg yolks and milk in large bowl. Add flour, baking powder and salt. Mix well. Stir in melted butter. Set mixture aside for 30 minutes.

  2. Preheat waffle iron.

  3. Beat egg white and fold into flour mixture. Add blueberries and gently fold in. Scoop portions onto waffle iron and cook until golden brown.
