4 scoops Whey Protein Powder
1 cup Oat Bran Hot Cereal
1/2 cup flax meal
2 large eggs
1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp vanilla
3/4 cup water
1 cup frozen blueberries

  1. preheat oven 350

  2. combine all ingredients and mix well

  3. spray 9 individual muffin tins with cooking spray

  4. fill tins

  5. bake for approximately 20 mins
