Easy and delicious fruit smoothie made with frozen fruit.

Recipe Ingredients for Blueberry strawberry mango smoothie

0.34 cup Lowfat Plain Yogurt
0.5 cup Orange Juice, Frozen Concentrate, Unsweetened, Diluted
1 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long)(118 g) Bananas
6 berry Strawberries
1 cup, sliced Mangos
0.25 cup, unthawed Blueberries
1 tbsp Honey, Strained Or Extracted

Recipe Directions for Blueberry strawberry mango smoothie

Put yoghurt and fruit in a blender. If fruit is too hard it may need to be thawed. Add orange juice until level of juice is about even with the fruit. Can be made more or less thick by adding more or less orange juice. Blend well. Makes 2 12-ounce smoothies.
