Healthy Wheat free Blueberry Muffins

Recipe Ingredients for Blueberry Splet Muffins

1/4 c. vegetable oil
1/4 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. splenda
2 tbsp. Agave syrup
1/3 c. organic unsweetened applesauce
2 eggs
1/2 c. fresh orange juice
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. Spelt flour
2 tsp. baking powder
2 c. fresh blueberries

Recipe Directions for Blueberry Splet Muffins

  1. Preheat oven to 375F

  2. mix wet ingredients together. add dry ingredients, mix until just combined. Fold in blueberries, fill 12 lined muffin tins, bake 25 - 30 min. Cool and enjoy!
