From an old recipe book - modified a little for the flour, milk & oil.

Recipe Ingredients for Blueberry Sour Cream Pancakes

3/4 cup whole wheat flour
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
1 tbs sugar
1/4 tsp nutmeg
1 large egg, beaten
1 cup sour cream
1 cup skim milk
1 cup blueberries
2 tsp canola oil

Recipe Directions for Blueberry Sour Cream Pancakes

  1. Combine dry ingredients in large bowl

  2. In another bowl combine egg, sour cream, oil & milk. Blend into flour mixture until lumpy.

  3. Mix in blueberries.

  4. With a large spoon drop onto hot greased griddle. Cook until bubbles appear on the surface, turn, cook until brown. Remove from griddle

  5. Serve with low-cal hot syrup or topping of choice.
