Recipe Ingredients for Blueberry snack cake

4 cup Gold Medal All Purpose Flour
12 serving Baking Powder
1 dash Salt, Table
0.33 cup Butter
0.75 cup Sugars, Granulated
1 large Egg, White
0.33 cup Milk, Lowfat, Fluid, 1% Milkfat
1 cup raw Blueberries

Recipe Directions for Blueberry snack cake

  1. combine dry and incorporate with a fork

  2. Beat butter and sugar til well creamed. Add egg and beat for 1 min.

  3. Stir in1.2 the flour and half the milk til smooth. Add remaining flou and milk beat til smmoth. Gently fold in Fozen blueberries. 9" round pan greased. 375 for 30 mins til golden and spongy.
