I like that this recipe specifically says low-fat yogurt. This way, there doesn't need to be any taste lost because the low-fat yogurt doesn't fit with the rest of the recipe. A good point for this recipe is that it contains a lot of nutrients. it has 33% of your daily vitamin C. However, there is a lot of sugar in the recipe. This mostly comes from the orange juice and the blueberries, so they are healthier sugars. Because it has so much sugar, this should be eaten with a lower glycemic food, so as to balance. This is a perfect food for a kick after a workout because it has protein, which is good for muscle cells, and it has calcium, which helps strengthen bones.
