Recipe Ingredients for Blueberry sizzle

1 teaspoon butter
1 cup blueberries
1/2 cup maple syrup
1 dash of nutmeg
1/4 cup almonds
1/4 cup oats

Recipe Directions for Blueberry sizzle

  1. 1. In a small skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the fruit and cook until it begins to soften slightly, about 2 to 3 minutes.

  2. 2. Add the maple syrup and nutmeg. Bring to a boil and take off the heat.

  3. top with toasted almonds and oats

  4. Serving Size: about 1/4 cup
