Low-fat low-sugar blueberry scones.

Recipe Ingredients for Blueberry Scones

6 packet SPLENDA No Calorie
1 Teaspoon Baking Powder
2 cup Gold Medal All Purpose Flour
0.25 tsp Salt, Table
4 Tbsp Spread
1 cup Blueberries
0.75 cup Plain Nonfat
2 large Egg, White

Recipe Directions for Blueberry Scones

  1. Preheat oven to 375F.

  2. Mix dry ingredients. Cut Brummel and Brown spread into dry ingredients; stir in berries.

  3. Beat together yogurt and egg whites; stir into dry ingredients, just until dough forms. Knead until it just comes together, 3-4 times, but do not overwork.

  4. Shape into 2 6-in rounds, slice each into 6 wedges. Bake on sheet lined with parchment paper at 375F for 25-30min, or until they look golden.
